Returns & Exchanges
For online purchases:
You can return unwanted items within 15 days of the day you receive your purchase for a full refund. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the items you wish to return and we will provide you with accurate postage. You will receive a refund upon inspection and approval. Please include the packing slip with return. We do not accept returns after 15 days.
We accept exchanges within 15 days. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the items you wish to exchange and we will provide you with accurate postage. After we inspect and approve your item(s) we will make an exchange order. We do not accept exchanges after 15 days.
For in-store purchases:
Our refund policy lasts 10 business days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund. However, within 15 business days of your initial purchase, an exchange will be accepted or the issuing of store credit. Once the 15 business days have exceeded, we can’t issue store credit or exchanges.
In-store and online:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Shoes must be in its original packaging. We will not accept items with smoke or pet smell.
Non-returnable items include:
- All sale items
- Gift cards
- Bath and body products
